Rahul Gandhi in Uttar Pradesh questions BJP’s stance on corruption

Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi while speaking at a Congress rally in Uttar Pradesh slammed BJP for ignoring the large scale corruption in the states ruled by it. The Congress MP from Amethi also said that BJP senior leader undertook a yatra closing his eyes towards the corruption in the states like Uttarakhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.
“The BJP does not see the corruption in states like Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh. When we brought the Lokpal bill in Parliament, the BJP laughed at it and said that a constitutional Lokpal was Rahul Gandhi’s dream” said the Congress General Secretary.
Rahul Gandhi alleged that Mulayam Singh Yadav had not visited a single village in the past five years but now that elections are here he is promising to change Bundelkhand into Israel. Mulayam Singh did not visit Bundelkhand when there was drought-- we (Congress) sent tractors, fertilizer and money for wells but the tractor went to the children of Mayawati’s ministers. For 22 years, these parties have destroyed the future of the youth, blamed Rahul Gandhi.
